Pressure Cooker Pizza Dough

Are you looking for an easy pizza dough recipe that actually uses your pressure cooker? This Pressure Cooker Pizza Dough is easier than ever. You mix it up and let it rise in the Quick Cooker pressure cooker.

Because the “proof” setting is temperature controlled, the pizza dough rises in half the time. You can make it ahead and use it for later in the day, or you can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days ahead too. I hope you love this easy recipe!

Recommended Tools for Pressure Cooker Pizza Dough:

There are several tools that make Pressure Cooker Pizza Dough recipe fast and easy.  Here is what I like to use:

  • Quick Cooker Pressure Cooker – using a pressure cooker to proof (rise) the dough, speeds up the process. Definitely a must have.
  • Quick Cooker Ceramic Pot – this is a special accessory pot that fits inside the Quick Cooker, and also can go into the oven or the microwave when needed too. Comes with a silicone cover and wire rack to easily transfer the pot in and out of the Quick Cooker.
  • Pizza Stone – the BEST way to cook pizza in the oven. It crisps the crust (when you use the new Pampered Chef stoneware developed after September 2020, it can be preheated in the oven for up to 30 minutes) and leaves the inside of the crust tender and chewy. Also great for baking cookies!
  • Pastry Mat – I love how this mat sticks to the counter and lays flat even when you keep it rolled up for storing. Plus all the measuring marks you need!
  • Baker’s Roller – can roll your crusts flat right on the mat, and can also roll out doughs inside pans due to it’s one handed nature.
  • Classic Batter Bowl – I love this glass bowl for mixing anything – including pizza dough. I love that it has measurements and a pour spout and lid too!
