Pampered Chef Quick Cooker Recipes

Do you have a Pampered Chef Quick Cooker but need new recipe ideas? Wondering how to get started with the Quick Cooker? I’m going to give you my family’s favorite Pampered Chef Quick Cooker recipes so you can start saving time and money right away.

Pampered Chef Quick Cooker Recipes

I’ve had my Quick Cooker Pressure Cooker for years and I love cooking with it. I use it several times a week for all kinds of recipes from breakfast, to lunch, to dinner.

I’ll admit, when I first got it, I was completely fine cooking with my slow cooker! (By the way, the Quick Cooker does have a slow cooker setting). Yet, every time I made a recipe with the Quick Cooker, I was more and more amazed, at the time I saved, the efficiency it has, and the fun it’s allowed in the kitchen.

The Quick Cooker has now morphed into the new Pampered Chef Multi-Cooker and all of these recipes can still be made in both.

Jen Haugen Dietitian in the Kitchen

Let’s review why pressure cooking is a great cooking method. Whether you are a busy mom, a meal prep extraordinaire, or a person who forgets to thaw out the meat – the pressure cooker (not canner) makes cooking safe and easy.

Here’s my personal review: I wouldn’t live without this in my kitchen. Why?

✅ Everything cooks 70% faster because of the intense pressure created within the pot due to no steam able to escape. That makes it cook faster and at a higher temperature. You can even cook tender, beef stew in about 30 minutes!

✅ You can cook frozen meat without thawing. The first time I used it, I pulled a frozen solid, pork tenderloin out of the freezer and had pulled pork ready in 35 minutes.

✅ It can be used for every meal – from breakfast to lunch to dinner. You can make egg bites, dessert cups, soups, stews and chilis and more.

✅ It’s the safest on the market – from the steam release button not burning your hands, the insulated (non-metal) sides so you won’t burn yourself from touching the sides, and the handles down low so it won’t come apart when you are transporting it.

I strongly believe this is the best one on the market, as I have talked to others who own different brands that do not have the same safety features or functions all in one machine.

You can find many of the recipes below in my new book, Dinner, Done! (On Amazon) It is a 6-week meal plan for busy families using tools we all love, like a pressure cooker. I included 40 different recipes, plus a shopping list and done-for-you menu plan.

Multi-Grain Bread

Quick Cooker Recipes Multi-Grain Bread
Bread. You can mix up this fabulous Multi-Grain Bread dough in about 5 minutes, and set the Quick Cooker to “proof” setting. And it will allow the dough to rise in a controlled temperature environment which is exactly what bread likes! You use the Ceramic Pot accessory (essential for double decker cooking too).

Beef Parmesan Pasta

Quick Cooker Recipes Beef Parmesan Pasta
Beef Parmesan Pasta. This is actually in the Quick Cooker Cooking Guide that comes with the Quick Cooker, but I swap out the chicken sometimes and instead use 1 pound of beef. It is restaurant quality! And it is done in about 15 minutes. No babysitting pots required.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Quick Cooker Recipes Chicken Noodle Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup. This recipe is so easy to make and it is as flavorful as if you cooked it all day. But you didn’t. Instead, it took about 15 minutes.

Lasagna

Quick Cooker Recipes Lasagna
Lasagna. This recipe is easy to make, perfect for cooking for a smaller crowd. And the whole thing cooks up in the Quick Cooker in the Springform Pan. It’s delicious! And done in about 35 minutes or so. No heating of the oven required. Here’s an example recipe.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Quick Cooker Recipes Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Chicken Wild Rice Soup. I make this a lot because it’s so easy and fast. I love how I can sear in my Quick Cooker first and then add the raw rice and meat, and in just a few minutes, it’s done. Here’s the recipe I’ve used.

Beef Pot Roast and Potatoes

Quick Cooker Recipes Beef Pot Roast and Potatoes
Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes. Seriously, I stopped making pot roast before the Quick Cooker because I either would forget to thaw it out or I didn’t have time to do all the things in the morning before work. The Quick Cooker has solved that problem and we make this once a month. The Ceramic Pot also is super handy because you cook the mashed potatoes on top of the meat (separately).

Macaroni & Cheese

Quick Cooker Recipes Macaroni and Cheese
Quick Cooker Macaroni and Cheese. I got this recipe from a customer who loves her Quick Cooker and I couldn’t wait to make this. It’s now on the menu at least monthly.
The recipe is at the end of this post (also featured in my Dinner, Done! cookbook!).

Hard-Cooked Eggs

Quick Cooker Recipes Hard Cooked Eggs
Hard Cooked Eggs of course are easy to make in the Quick Cooker. This is the best method I have found and tried.

1. Simply place 1 cup water inside the pot. Carefully add eggs to a steamer basket or to the top of the tripod rack.
2. Set to “Custom” setting and adjust time to 5 minutes.
3. Once it beeps and finishes, leave in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes more before releasing the steam.
4. Once 5 minutes are up, then press the Quick Release button to release the steam and plunge into an ice bath (water + ice) for another 5 minutes.

Then make these Pimento Stuffed Deviled Eggs.
