Happy January! I’m kicking it off to a great start by thinking about what I eat in the mornings – I’ve been focusing on fast and healthy meal ideas – like egg sandwiches with a berry-filled smoothie. (That’s probably my fav!) I recently read a stat – almost half of us take our breakfast on-the-go each day. I wonder what the other half of us are doing – I hope not skipping! That’s where the Pampered Chef Ceramic Egg Cooker comes in!
You guys – I’m seriously loving the Ceramic Egg Cooker. It’s SO easy to make my egg sandwich! And I can drop in the egg, stir in some shredded cheese and vegetables, and pop on the lid – and woohoo – breakfast is done in about 35 seconds in the microwave!
It’s faster than my English muffin can toast – I like it a little dark, you know! With a little slather of butter once it’s out of the toaster.
