Disclosure

Information I present on this site is intended as a personal and professional representation of my opinions on food and nutrition as a registered dietitian. Occasionally, I may post food and nutrition information created at my place of employment, for example, excerpts from newspaper columns and TV appearances. When I do so, I will disclose that I am representing myself as a supermarket dietitian.

It should be noted though; this site is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical application. Please contact your personal physician or dietitian for specific medical questions.

As of June 23rd, 2014, I have not accepted any form of paid product review for any of my posts.

As a registered dietitian, I occasionally receive samples of food products. While I do not feel obligated to post about those products, if I should see that in my personal opinion that they match my philosophies on nutrition, I would post with full disclosure. I may link to the company in my post, but have never accepted payment in exchange for publicity.
